Our Legacy
Where this house comes from, what it stands for, and where it is going — a walk begun on purpose, under Yahuah.
THE ROOTS
The name of Taylor came down to this house father to son — that much is documented lineage. It came through Edward Gene Taylor, who gave it to his son. But the walk did not come down with it. Terry Lavell Taylor Jr. was given the name of his father, Terry Lavell Taylor Sr., yet the Torah walk he received from no man; he received it from Yahuah Himself. So the roots of this house, as a covenant house, are not deep in generations past — they begin here, on purpose, with a first-generation keeper.
THE PRESENT
Today this household walks as Yisrael under the Name of Yahuah and Yahusha — keeping the seventh-day Sabbath and the moedim, ordering the table and the days by the Torah, and raising sons in the covenant. The house places itself under the standard of the tribe of Yahudah, held by conviction and calling. Its true and first inheritance is Yahuah Himself, His covenant, His Name, and the walk — not silver, nor gold, nor land.
THE FUTURE
What is being built here is meant to outlast the ones who build it. The naming covenant is set as a forward charge — the house called after its father, ben to ben — already three generations deep without a gap: Terry → Terry Jr. → Terry III. The charge is simple and it is generational: keep the covenant, do not let the wealth make you forget the One who gave it, and teach it to your sons. We begin this here.
Our Principles
We govern ourselves before we govern anything else.
We keep the covenant — the Name, the Sabbath, the moedim, the walk.
We do not let the wealth, if it comes, make us forget the One who gave it.
We let nothing sit on the throne that belongs to Yahuah.
We teach our sons what was taught to us, so the covenant does not die in our hands.
We hold the Name, the walk, and the covenant as the inheritance — the silver is the least of it.
